Abstract:

The article describes methodology of analysis and optimization of the contents of professional training, aimed at reduction of the amount of reproductive learning. The description and results of the combination of rational methods of presentation, analysis and design of learning content are given. They include expert assessment method; method of frequency analysis of the elementary (minimal sufficient) content, with mandatory release of professionally recognized fundamental elements (in this case, lexical units) in order to optimize the storage space of content learning a foreign language in not language high school. On the basis of the implementation of expert evaluation method significant professional vocabulary skills aimed at developing professional competencies reflected in the standard of education. Using the method of frequency analysis of the elemental content comparative analysis of lexical units in glossa-ries was conducted; manuals and lists of lexical units were composed with the help of faculty experts. In order to determine the minimum memorized lexical content and the allocation of the total invariant the content of three frequency dictionaries and lists five lexical units were analyzed and compared; the intersection of the sets of the invariant frequency dictionaries and lists of the invariant lexical units of the departments were revealed. As a result of frequency analysis of linguistic material a total invariant part were revealed. The effectiveness of methods of analysis and optimization of content of training has been proven by the results of experimental work carried out during the period from 2012 to 2016. Methodical complex was introduced into educational process as well as a set of assessment tools. The evaluation results analysis can reasonably include requirements to graduates with the ability to apply professional topics of activities of the selected set of lexical units, without applying to reference books.
